- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt and payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Custom repair, retrofit, or refurbishment orders may require additional processing time (usually 5–10 business days or as quoted). We will communicate any expected delays via email.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure secure delivery of sensitive electronic components:
- Domestic (U.S.): USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, or FedEx equivalents (selected based on item size, weight, value, and delivery speed requested).
- International: USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide, or FedEx International (subject to destination country regulations and customs requirements).
Fragile or high-value items (e.g., EL display panels) are shipped with appropriate protective packaging and insurance where applicable.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- We offer free standard shipping on qualifying repair/replacement orders over $2500 within the contiguous United States (excluding expedited options).
- International shipping, expedited services (e.g., overnight/2-day), and additional insurance are charged at actual carrier rates.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Delivery Time Estimates (After Processing)
- Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days
- Domestic Expedited: 1–3 business days (depending on service selected)
- International: 7–21 business days (varies significantly by country and customs clearance)
These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s). Track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting our support team.6. Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes
- We currently ship to most countries; however, certain destinations may be restricted due to export regulations, sanctions, or carrier limitations (e.g., ITAR-related or prohibited electronics). We will notify you if an order cannot be shipped.
- EL displays and electronic components may be classified as sensitive/fragile; we use anti-static and protective packaging, but we recommend inspecting packages upon arrival.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information.
- We will assist with carrier claims (insurance is included on most shipments over a certain value).
- Refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
